Trump supporters at CPAC call for brutal response to ‘violent guys like this’ (VIDEO)

Saturday’s CPAC annual conference in the nation’s capital forced a number of prominent Sesame Street characters to “sit and perform,” following the increasingly combative politics of the Trump administration.

Speakers at the two-day CPAC conference included Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who told the audience that President Trump is making America great again, but came under fire for suggesting that women “run away from violent guys like this.”

Then there was Mike Huckabee, an ardent Trump supporter, who declared that young women should “beat the crap out of [husbands] every time they hear that stuff about menstruation coming out of his mouth.”

But the most perplexing comment of the day came from Michael Smith, co-host of CNN’s “Crossfire.”
